They raised the bar 1.25" and didn't require any cable or brake line mods, although there are some here who have had to do some of those mods.

Most of my problems have been lower back over the years, hips and mid-upper back with the occasional stress-using a mouse all day right shoulder clinch. Been hunched over staring at a monitor for a lot of years.
My job can be stressful at times.
I started seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis for adjustments after my junk just gave up about 9 years ago and I was immobile and could only walk if I was bent over with my upper body about parallel with the ground from the hips up.
It was fun.
I'll tell you what's weird, I got my normal adjustment about two days after riding the Sprint and doc knew I was getting one so she came outside and checked my spine while I was sitting on it after I told her the basic position and she said I'd probably have some neck stuff going on which I've noticed if I ride with my head up, I cock it down a couple of degrees and I can still see fine and it relieves the pull. I still feel a little wank in my shoulders but I feel overall wank in the muscles all over my body from years of driving a car, legs, various arm muscles, it's subtle but it's there.
My back feels better after riding the bike for a week then it did before I bought it.
If you think about it, you are sitting in about the same position as an ergonomic chair. Bonus for the money spent!
