Got to agree with Joemama...it's up to you, but it won't make much difference to your transmission.

About the only thing it will mean is that the 20W oil is thicker when cold than a 10W or 15W would be. I have no idea whether this will present any lubrication deficiencies at startup. (Probably not, but I personally like to get my oil flowing everywhere ASAP.) After it's finally up to working temperature, it won't be any different from any other oil with a 50 rating anyway, so if you're hoping the 50 part of the rating will help the gearbox you'd be just as well off with a 15W-50.
