The gel seat is no different than a stock Thrux seat. I've own both. There's no difference. You'll be disappointed on your next 180 mile ride if you buy one thinking it's gonna be an improvement over stock. Personally, I can ride 300+ miles in a day on the stock Thrux seat (or gel) and have no problems, but maybe I have a bit of an iron butt.
The corbin is a what I refer to as a 'hard saddle' but it's designed to put you on the soft part of your arse when you sit. I've never ridden with one, just sat on it in a parking lot, but I know their owners usually love em.
