I have the same "problems" with the suspension on my 07 S3 (few months old).
Did a trackday last friday and tried to adjust the suspension with the help of some experts. The adjustments improved the suspension a little but not enough! At the end of my trackday we concluded it needs stiffer springs (front and back) and thicker oil (front). So, in a few weeks my S3 has the suspension-quality of a superbike!!
