Making a list would be tough. What works for me might [probably] suck for anybody else at a different altitude or state of tune. The sound that different mufflers or pipes make is very subjective. Some guys rave about running their pipes TT style, yet I found that noise harsh and the loss of bottom end power was something I couldn`t tolerate.Making the pipes bigger and putting in some baffles was just more of the same. I applaud anybody that will try to make something different,as long as it makes them happy.I have been way more than satisfied with the system I run currently, but I still want a mid or high pipe system. And after reading those latest ZARD posts, they have given me the challenge I needed to re-try my earlier experiments because while ALL my previous high systems were somewhat ugly,NOT ONE OF THEM had a weak bottom end. Plus,I have some stock Scrambler cans that are taunting me from the garage.
