I have a 07 Classic with the same mods and the popping really had me concerned. Yesterday, I had it to the dealer for the 500 mi service and he also rechecked everything including the mapping. I feel better now that others are having the same popping and this seems to be normal. I am glad to hear that things will get better as the miles roll on!
