I have the same setup as you and mine has gotten a bit better with more miles. It still pops a little on decel but not like it did when the TOR/Bypass/Tune were new. I put mine on at 600 miles and around 1500-1600 miles it really smoothed out. Don't know how or why it did but the mechanic at the dealer told me the ECU on our bikes is constantly picking a better tune and the more you ride it the better it gets...
