OK, i just had a look and it's painfully simple. On the underside of the part the clutch lever attaches to, right where the plug is, there is a small window. Use a screwdriver or anything else that fits to push up. There is a tab on the plug and with a little tug it will pop right out.

I hope this makes at least a little sense. It's been a long day.
