The limit is whatever you set it at under the tune constants. Don't plan on doing much over 150mph. The stock Classic tune limits speed to 120mph, add in the 7% error in the speedo and it will show about 128. Find out the tune number you have loaded in the ECU now and look it up in TuneEdit. You will find that in all but the 20145 and 20138(classic) tunes power is restricted in 4th and 5th gears via the secondaries.
A while back I calculated the max speed for a Rocket based on wheel size, 5th gear ratio, max RPMs and final drive ratio and came up with 179mph.
