Raingear recommendations?
Hurricane season is here on the east coast... I've got some raingear for various other purposes, but no actual cycling raingear. Feels like time to get some... Any recommendations on features, brands, etc, or things to avoid, all greatly appreciated. I know I want high visibility and easy packability.
1 vs 2 piece?
How big is too big?
Should the inseam match normal pants? longer? shorter?
Nylon vs PVC?
