I'm personally not a fan of Sturgess, so I stick to Inglis in London. Good people there, and GREAT service.
I've heard horror stories of cycle worlds service as of late, and that's what kills a dealership now a days. With so many non mechanically inclined people getting into riding they rely on service departments, and demand perfection fast !!
Also, with the internet becoming so popular not too many people are willing to buy accessories at dealerships. Test fit things at the dealer, then order them cheaper online. It's our own fault really, or at least a little mine. I order everything I want online anymore and not from the dealers.
