I rode an R1 in Austria last year. Not for long, but long enough to know that's one seriously powerful, very tight, controlled bike. I didn't notice any sort of lag or delay, but I'd bet that's the sort of thing you'd never notice unless you've got hours of seat time on a wide variety of hyperbikes.
I'll take my Daytona, thanks very much.
It's very annoying that the spell checker wants to replace "Daytona" with "Dayton."
