I'm thinkin' you may have a fuel blockage or fuel tank venting problem - most likely the former.

Check the fuel cap vent -easiest way to do this is:engine stopped, bike not on either stand (you holding it up), give the bike a good shake side to side, and put you ear down near the hole in the fuel cap. If there's a clear vent hole, you'll hear gas escaping from the hole. Don't have a smoke in your mouth when you do this.

The other checks you need to do are a bit more fiddly. Fuel pet****s (taps) off. Disconnect the banjo connector off the bottom of the carb, and place the end in a small container (eg plastic margerine container). Turn primary pet**** on. If you only get a dribble out, you'll need to check the pet**** filters (empty the tank and take them out). Check the filter in the banjo. Take the bowl off and check the needle and seat for sticking.
