Check your fuel tank vent line that is under the tank and runs to the bottom of the bike. Perhaps it is kinked, which would cause negative pressure in your tank.

There are threads on this site about this very problem. Some of them discuss the "rollover valve" that is also under the seat.

When you start the bike and shortly before it gets to operationg temp, crack open the tank filler cap and listen for a hissing, which would prove this theory.
