I was wondering what you mean by the cut out problem? Reason I ask is that just today when I was going to work I left my garage (after that 3 sec ignition crank as always.) and rode down the block just fine. As I approached a stop sign I clutched in and let off the throttle and it stalled/died. Cranked it up for a few seconds and it fired up and stalled again like it had no idle at all. I rode it home ok but I had to hold the throttle open a little to keep it from stalling.
Would that be similar to the cutting out of the ignition you are speaking of?
