IF you have a problem, you will want a good dealer. They are owned by Helmet house (actually, they ARE Helmet House). I have a pair of leather pants (Decker) which fell apart in well less than a year. Since I had a good dealer, they were able to get them exchanged with no issues. Probably always an issue with any purchase. By the way, one of the same seams is failing again.
Look at motorcyclegearreview.com (usually a good source of reviews -- though I just attempted to go to the page and it required a password -- very strange; I'd look at it after the weekend, probably an admin issue).
So 'someone' called forth the whiney Gods with that comment above -- and I had to respond!
