While I don't have that particular tourmaster I do have their 3/4 touring jacket (Tech on the inner label). It works very well in those conditions. I have ridden as low as 14 below and been a couple of hours in driving rain at 40 degrees. Dry and relatively warm in each case. I say relatively because the layering really is the solution. Neck and head make more of a difference and then there's the feet and hands.... Some day I will spring for electric.
