cold/wet is a tough one....
For those conditions, which I try to avoid in the first place, I would layer up with
Longsleeve shirt and long underwear. A set of head to toe longjohns would be better.
Electric vest/Arms and gloves
Long sleeve thin shirt.
Long sleeve windbreaker
Aerostich one or two piece suit
Neck cozy... like a dicky, made by Triumph to go inside a jacket.
Balaklava
Cold and wet is a real brutal situation. Go with electrics. I use Widder stuff with good results and others find the Gerber stuff great and Aerostich has their own line.
