I sympathize with you; I've kinda gone in cycles (no pun intended) as far as getting a bike, riding it for a while, then selling it. My last was a Suzuki TL1000r that I had set up perfectly. I sort of lost interest in riding and sold it to buy a motorhome (my wife was preg. with our fist kid) so we could do some traveling with my girls, then traded the motorhome to a heating/a-c contractor for a new 4 ton heat/a-c system for the home I was remodeling. I sold that home for a good enough profit that we were able to move from CA to Oregon, where I grew up. Now we're in sportbike Nirvana. My point is, don't feel too bad about selling your bike for a good reason; just don't give up on looking forward to the next one. :-D
