Hi Chisel - My experience at the hotels around LAX is exactly the opposite. They were very helpful in trying to find an appropriate place. No one turned me away, and some let me park free. I've parked at the Hilton, the Marriott, the Radisson, and a couple I can't remember off hand. Maybe you were just talking to the wrong person. I'd write them a polite letter and see what happens.
