The long headlight bolts should snug up ok as they are designed to do so independently of the flyscreen, but that is moot as you have ordered OEM ones, which will look much better anyway.
I don't think you'll regret the solo seat so long as you ride the bike with the right posture (sports - butt pushed back) its more comfortable. Counter intuitive as the padding is thinner, but it supports over a greater area. IMO the solo seat is the best looking option too.
