Dropped in on them at 4:40 PM with an idling problem on the way back to the Island after two weeks of Kootenay blasting. Nicola stayed 'till 6:15 sorting out the problem even though he had been set to go at 5:30 - the cost of the service was what it would have cost me for two ferry fares if I'd have to come back later. The problem had been caused when I had some "adjustments" made by another dealer who I won't name but won't deal with again. One would be hard pressed to find an all round better dealership than British-Italian. Many thanks BI.
