I know that this is probably a little bit to late for your problem, but have you checked the revolutions sensor.
Usually when its life is over, he starts doing that. After riding a while, temperature in the electric system goes up and the sensor (proximity sensor) stops reading. When this happens, the ECU can't read the data it needs and shuts down the bike.
