I had my tank off the other day and noticed a 1/8" or so male fitting on the right fuel line quick connect. It did not seem to have a vacuum line attached nor could I find a loose hose anywhere. I don't know for sure either but I hope someone jumps in and tells us it is supposed to be that way.
