MRA Vario on my bike is an improvement but not equal to the price I paid for it, what with exchange and all that!
I think it could be improved on yet but you asked about settings!
I have best results on the highest setting, just leave it there all the time.
The reason it is such an individual thing is not personal height but where your bum is in relation to the rest of your body, IE: Short/long legs or short/long back.
I have shorter legs long back and long arms!
