Yes, Yes, and that is a very high price for the TOR's and installation. I purchased Norman Hyde Togas, and a set of powder coated black head pipes from dealer, had everything installed, re jetted and had a K&N filter installed along with a clutch lever housing (which I cracked when my bike fell over on me .well that is another story. :-D ) The total cost for parts and labor was $869.00
