I just put the NGK iridiums in my tona last week. I dont notice any difference at all from the regular plugs.
When I changed them, my fuel lines would not stop leaking when I reassembled everything. I had to go and get new o-rings for the connectors and all was well after that. As mentioned before, you will have a much easier and less messy time if you run the tank down toward empty first.
