Have you had tune "17" installed? I have heard it may cure some of the problems with the Daytona 600's low RPM issues. I noticed the D600 was a dog under 4000 RPM when I rode our demo. My Speed Four is MUCH smoother and it runs great even as low as 2000 RPM. For whatever reason, Triumph always has problems with the higher performance bikes. The Speed 3/4 seem to be fine. But the TT/Daytona6 and even the early Daytona 955i had crappy FI.
