Here's a link to an album of before/during/after pics.

http://s22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...inished004.jpg

The bike started out as a wrecked 2004 Bonnie Black (5700 miles). If you're curious, here's the list:

Engine- '04 790 now has the South Bay Triumph treatment-
6.3mm stroker crank, Carillo rods, 11-1 pistons, 904cc Nikasil barrel, "813" cams, 5-angle valve job, ported and matched, 2mm oversize intake valves, exhaust ports enlarged, billet intakes, FCR39's, Barnett clutch, Nology coil and Hot Wires, stock 790 ignitor module (for now) Total displacement now 984cc. Goals for power output= 100 rwhp, 70 lb/ft tq.
Tuning is in progress. I've had it out for two weekends now and put about 1000 miles on it, and had it on the dyno once for a gas trace to get the mains close.

Frame- stock 04 Bonneville

Exhaust- Specialty Spares 1 3/4" OD TT pipes with owner-fabbed "snuff-or-nots". These are raw polished steel for now until I fit the final exhaust system, with Matt Capri's new reverse cones. Then I'll either chrome it or coat it. I love the way it sounds right now but it's pretty loud. As one onlooker commented " that thing is an affront to everything decent in this world"....

Suspension- Thruxton tubes with stock Bonnie sliders, Ikon progresive springs, 15w oil, Ikon stock Bonnie length 7610 shocks with "222" chrome springs.

Brakes- EBC-HH pads front and rear with stock calipers, EBC 310mm floating front rotor.

Wheels/tires- Excel polished alloy 4.25'x17' rear, 2.5'x18' front, polished stainless spokes and nipples from Buchanans, Bridgestone BT-021 radials 160/70ZR17 rear, 110/80ZR18 front, DID gold 525 x-ring chain. Chain clearance is 1/2" with no offset required.

Paint- '67 TT Special scheme done in PPG Candy Purple urethane and clear over gold base, with bright white base for the wings and gold coach lines, T100 badges

Seat- 67-70 Bonnie seat cover from Walridge stretched over the stock Hinckley seat pan/foam, with a little shaving/persuading/bolstering to make it look right.

All the Other Stuff- Polished alloy fenders, '67 tail light, '67 fender hoop, Beston 1" Gran Turismo grips, Western bars, stock levers, polished and lowered Norman Hyde "TX" fender brace, fork boots, and socket head engine cover bolt kit, all from Bella Corse. Stock fender stays shortened and reworked and painted black, all engine covers and the fork sliders stripped and polished, Thruxton instument panel, Bella Corse Chrome mini oval mirrors (Arlen Ness Cat Eye) on owner fabbed stems, Custom Dynamics LED blinkers inside the tail light lens and on the headlight ears.
