Swiss Army Gauge Group Buy? - ElectroSport 2700 and 2800
ElectroSport 22700/2800
This is the ElectroSport 2700/2800 series gauge. It is capable of doing everything that you could ever ask of a gauge, at a price that puts mini gauges to shame. Further, it's very slight, at only 64mm in diameter.

We would be looking at model
ACE-2802, for our motorbikes. This version lacks the fuel gauge, but incorporates:
- Speedometer
- Tachometer
- Average speed meter
- Maximum speed meter
- Trip meter
- Odometer
- Clock
- Current riding time
- Total riding time
- Brights
- Neutral position
- Oil pressure
- Both left and right turn indicator LEDs
The price is right at $119.00 plus $10.00 shipping. However, I'm reading reports that a group buy will drop the price even further. From the
Custom Fighters forums:
Quote:
Any of the 2700/2800's with out the fuel gauge would be:
$100.00 if you guys can get 25 together total.
$85.00 if you can get 50.
For any of the 2700/2800's with Fuel the prices would be:
$105.00 with 25 people
$90.00 with 50 people
Thanks,
Marcus Atkinson

The below are photos that I borrowed from
rat:bike:madness' KZ project, over at the
UTMC.
So, will it work on our bikes? From what I am reading, yes. You can request any of the standard speedometer drive configurations. However, I *think* that we can use this to convert to an electronic/magnetic speedometer, if we wish.
The icing on the cake is that
D9 has told me that he's willing to build the gauge mounts, as needed. I asked him about the idea first, as I knew that a group buy would mean a deluge in requests on his end and he's tells me he's ready to rock and roll. :-D
