Get a mirror and look at the plugs...they have a tiny hole in the center of them. I used a small drill bit and drilled the hole larger by hand. Then I screwed a long "grabber type" screw into the hole and pulled the plug out--I made a mini impact hammer to do this, but you could easily use pliers and wiggle the plug out. I didn't like the method some used where they drilled through the side of the "well" encasing the pilot screw just above the plug and pushed the plug out from above.
