Seriously, do you have them set the same for every gear? I read in the manual that you can set each gear differently.
I didn't see anything in the manual about setting them for each gear, so I don't know how you would do that. The way they show to do it is not hard, but it sets it for all gears because it's just set based on engine rpm. Here's the basic instructions. I will refer to the three buttons as 1,2, and 3:

Press buttons 1 and 3 and hold for 4 seconds, the display changes to display "tacho".

Press button 2 and hold for 4 seconds, the tach needle will move to 3,500rpm.

Press button 1 and the needle increases by 1,000rpm.

When you get within 500rpm of your target, press button 2 and the needle will now move in 100rpm increments.

Press button 1 until you get to the desired RPM and you are done.

I'm just curious what others have set theirs to.
