As far as the jetting goes, the stock setup is:
Main Jets have R and 90 on either side of the hole
Pilot Jets have R and 40 on either side of the hole
Needles have 5E1 on them and are set on 3rd slot from the top with no spacers
Idle Mixture screws are at 2 3/4 turns out
If you have the stock airbox (not individual filters) then the stock jetting should be good with the aftermarket mufflers. The 97.5 main jets might be a bit rich -- but not horrible.
