I had the same problem. It was at the dealers, and they were careless putting the tank back on, cracked the plastic elbow coming out of the overflow tank, so when coolant went between the radiator and the overflow, it would spit out the cracked elbow. I didn't see the crack until I followed the coolant trail and wiggled the tubing.
