Considering how hard it is to get confirmation on the exact numbers brought into the US, I think it would be very hard to get a breakdown by color.
There's a French site,
Triumph Ã* donf, that's good for colors & a few other things. According to them, the T301 Speed Triple came in Racing Yellow in '94 only (so none in the US), Diablo Black in '94-'96, & Fireball Orange in '95 & '96.
Checking BikeBandit's parts list tells a (very slightly) different story: they list parts in both Diablo Black and Jet Black, as well as the 2 brighter colors.
