I used blueaway also. It works, but requires a great deal of elbow grease. My results were limited as I left the pipes on the bike. I'm guessing that if you took the pipes off and used a bench-mounted polisher, things would go a great deal faster and with better results. Here are before and after shots of my bike:


I know that they look like different bikes...I had an accident that prompted the refurbishment. Notice how hard it was to clean up the pipe at the crossover...
