i just got done with a horrible experience with Avi at gold coast. i went there looking for an 07 bonnie black and they had a demo there with 28 miles and a tach and knee pads for sale. if i wanted the bike they said they would throw in the two parts and the labor for anything else i wanted (pipes) for free. told him i would call him back in a couple days because he refused to sweeten the deal. he wouldn't come off the msrp for this "new" bike and he basically charged me for the parts anyways. i decided to buy the bike anyways because he was offering me a decent deal on my trade in. i called him back and told him i wanted the bike and asked if he needed some sort of deposit to hold it. i offered to give him a credit card deposit but he said he didn't need it. he would hold the bike for me. so i told him i would stop by in a couple of days to finalize the deal. when i went to gold coast to purchase the bike, avi didn't look happy to see me. didn't greet me or acknowledge me, even though i was the only customer in the store because it was pouring rain that day. he waits until i am standing right in front of him before he greets me. we proceed to his desk and he asks my why i am there. i tell him i am there to finalize the deal. he receives a phone call and waves me away telling me he has to take it. 20 minutes later, he finally has time to tell me that someone else sold the bike. he then proceeds to tell me that the price he offered me on my trade in was too high. and that on the parts i wanted (fork gaitors), he would have to charge me labor. i thought dealers usually wait until they have your money before their customer service goes out the window. i guess gold coast doesn't need the business. needless to say, i will not be purchasing my bb, or anything else for that matter from gold coast.
