For better or worse, a TT600 or S4 gets to compete with the likes of brand new Gixxers, R6s, 675s, ZX6Rs and CBR600s. It will embarass a less skilled rider during a trackday, but all things being equal, the newer designs are worth at least a couple seconds a lap.
