I shelled out for a Schuberth C2 last year and I must say I was impressed.
The good points ;
Build quality is excellent
The vents really work, really really work.
The visor pops forward giving a gap all-round it, preventing fogging etc.
The lining is removable
Both the outer clear and inner tinted visors remove easily.
It is very comfy and cool in the summer
The flip up device is easy to use and over all it seems well thought out lid.
The bad points;
The visor isn't very positive when clicking into position and you have to give it a push to make sure it's shut or rain will get in.
There customer support in the US is dreadful, finding parts was a nightmare and I am still waiting for my call from the local Triumph dealer to let me know those parts are in nearly a year later!!!! (I gave up and ordered them from a very helpful man in England) not only that but if you email Schuberth in Germany they will promptly ignore you....
So there you are, nice lid shame about the support ... and the visor action. Having said all that the build quality alone would make me contemplate owning another.
Cheers then
Nic
