If not, it's pretty easy. You'll see on each headlight bucket the bracket that attaches them to the centre piece. If you loosen these, you will be able to point them in a different lateral direction. Make them cross-eyed, etc.

In the centre piece there should be either an allen bolt, or a hex bolt on the top that holds both headlights to the centre (bear with me, this is from memory) in a kind of clamp fashion if you loosen this bolt, you will be able to tilt both headlights up or down, depending on what you need. Remember that they could be tilted too far up, rather than down. This will also cause them to be less bright where you need them.

If they're still not bright enough, replace the lamps with good quality silver/white lamps from Phillips or Narva, but leave them at the standard wattage. Going to a higher wattage may melt the wiring inside the headlight bucket.
