Okay...after much trial and error. Problem solved. Turns out, on my bike the wires are opposite for the rear tail light than what most people have. The red is my tail light and blue is my brake light.
As far as blinkers. I had wired them backwards. I had wired my harness power to my blinker ground. So they weren't working. When I finally figured it all out. It still wasn't working right, only one side's blinkers worked. Turns out, on my thruxton the two front blinkers were wired backwards from the factory. The white wire on the right blinker was power and the black one was power on the left blinker. Once I sorted that out I had the proper turn signals.
I even made an underseat protector out of an old compuer case cut up to fit. Looks great. And I'm relieved its over. Thanks for the help
