I'll tell ya, I must have the most perfect Triumph: No, I repeat, NO oil leaks and my factory standard clutch works fine. Yes I put the correct amount of dino oil in the primary, same type that's in the engine.
She always starts on one, two if its cold, kicks.
So what does this tell me, I don't know, I know nothing about these bikes, but from my experience of One, Triumph made excellent bikes back in the day. Maybe I got lucky and when my bike was made everyone at Meridan was in a good mood, but I followed the workshop manual to the letter and no problems so far.
I may be singing a different tune when and if she blows up one day :-D
