After having an Arai Signet-GT, my wife bought me a Scorpion EX400 as a birthday present. The Scorpion shield is MUCH easier to remove/replace. Overall, you just can't it for the money. The only thing I felt that I gave up was a more comfortable liner. The Arai has a slightly nicer liner (5 stars) vs. the Scorpion's (4 stars).
I agree with an earlier post, the new Scorpion EX1000 with a sun visor looks really cool.
