I have '99 speed triple with standard mount Yoshimura. I have checked into high mount and low mount shorty slip-ons. Prices are a little bit out of my range--read too much for a 2" hole through a cone. Have any of you riders tried one of the sewer pipe exhaust tips used by the import car kids? I'm thinking of removing slip-on and mid pipe and install one of these obnoxious end pieces. Do these engines require back pressure for max power? Thanks for input.
