Yes mate, I`m 5`5" and have short legs, 27' inseam. I can tip-toe on my S3 and it`s a very light bike so it`s no problem. I rode a Tiger for 2 years, which was a lot harder, I could only get one foot on the floor at a time. You just learn to control the bike better at low speeds, ride it with clutch control during low speed maneuvering instead of 'paddling' which you see taller people do.
