Technically, you can ride a passenger on the S3 , but I don't think it would be comfortable for any kind of lengthy ride. There is not much space and the passenger pegs are pretty high. A buddy of mine ran out of gas on a recent ride and I had to give him a lift. He'll probably never live this one down.
