Sorry to hear about your crash. I hope you get your bike back on the road soon. Which canyon were you riding? I was hoping to ride Golden Gate and Coal Creek yesterday, but spent too much time working on my S3 and ran out of time to ride it.
I'm using a Rizoma handlebar which is just slightly lower and farther forward than stock. It's not a big difference, but it's a little more aggressive. You can check them out at pjsparts.com
