I use Dupont Teflon multipurpose lubricant. Comes in 11 ounce can for about 6 or 7 dollars. Saw it reviewed on a bike site somewhere and it has been great. Also works great on anything else in the house like locks, hinges, etc. I think I bought it at Amazon.
