Saw a setup a couple of years ago and ended up putting them on my bike. The unit is made by "hyperlite", it's a double row of bright LEDs that are normally on, when you apply the brakes, they flash vey brightly for about 5 seconds and then turn solid. Release the brakes and they revert back to normal running brightness. I bought 2 modules and mounted them so they bracket my license plate. Think at that time the cost was right at $100.00. Check
