Hello all,
When I went through my MSF class the instructor was talking about a brake light flasher doohicky-thingermerbober.

I bought a "Rotating Pulsating Red LED 1157" today thinking this was what he was talking about and I'm not sure it is/was. This thing changes rotation direction every two seconds and when the brake is applied it flashes. When the brake is released it goes back to flashing and rotating. It seems like it might be more annoying that beneficial.

I saw one once where the light was solid under normal operation and when the brake was applied it started flashing quickly then slowed to a solid brake light after a couple seconds.

Anyone know who makes the latter one?
Any thoughts about flashing brake lights?
